* The March 2009 meeting, held at the GPL, features The Stories of Knitting by Knitting Out Loud publisher Kathy Goldner.  “Stories teach us new things, show us who we are and bind us together,” says Kathy.  This hour-long presentation, illustrated with photographs, knitted items and antiques from Kathy’s collection, explores the world of knitting past and present through stories.  For more about Kathy and Knitting Out Loud, check out www.knittingoutloud.com .  Bring your knitting and bring a friend for this special treat!
